Return and Refund Policy

Food Products:

Keep food safe. Opened or broken products should not be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping.

Request Period:

Unopened products can be exchanged or returned within 7 days of receipt, provided you present the purchase invoice and return the product in its original condition and packaging.

Damaged Products or Damage in the Order: If the product is broken/damaged or there is an error in the order, contact us within 24 hours of receipt. We will arrange a refund or exchange, depending on the situation.

Shipping Cost

If the reason is our error or shipping damage, we will bear the full cost.

If the reason is a change of mind regarding the shipping and product, we do not cover the cost of the return shipping.

Refund Method:

The amount will be refunded to the same payment method within 3 to 10 business days after the product is received and inspected.
