Cancellation & Refund Policy

1) Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled free of charge before they are shipped from our warehouse.
• Once the order has been processed or handed to the courier, cancellation is not possible, but you may use our return policy instead.
• To cancel, please contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number.

2) Refund Policy

Eligible for Refund:

• Wrong item delivered.
• Damaged or defective product on arrival.
• Product unavailable after order confirmation (rare cases).

Not Eligible for Refund:

• Opened/unsealed items (for food safety reasons).
• Change of mind after opening the product.

Refund Timeline:

Refunds are processed within 3–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Refund Method:

• Online payments: refunded to the same payment method
• COD (Cash on Delivery): refunded via bank transfer or e-wallet after providing necessary details.
